Very accommodating when we asked to be seated outside away from everyone as we had two kids who were hyper at that moment. The waiter was extremely nice and offered cotton candy for the kids at the end of the meal. The food was delicious and the salsa was fresh but the bottomless chips do not include the salsa FYI. Every part of the restaurant was decorated beautifully and I definitely got a Cali vibe from it all. Will be returning when in the area.
Had my wife birthday party. It was an excellent and fantastic time. the food was delicious and full of flavor. Ambiance is perfect. Everyone had a blast. Must visit this place. Highly recommend for all to enjoy, great food and drinks.
I love this place! The vibe is awesome. The artwork is incredible and the drinks and food are delicious! If you haven’t been, you definitely need to check it out. I had my bridal shower here and I’ve attended other events at the location, love it!

Only went for lunch, but pretty fast and nice service. The salmon on the salad was really great, I enjoyed the crispy skin especially, but it was a bit hard to cut with just my butter knife. The southwest salad was well chopped, and had great flavor but I had a hard time getting the beans and etc with each bite.
We went to Cactus Rose for the first time this evening and were completely blown away from beginning to end. The friendly staff met us and got us a great table out on the patio. The maitre d’ explained the menu and their specials. The wait staff was prompt and professional. But the food! It was extraordinary. We started with a tropical guacamole with mango and jicama. Never had anything like it. My wife had mahi-mahi and I had shrimp with Spanish chorizo over mushroom risotto. Every bite was perfect. From ambience to great service to excellent food, you have to add Cactus Rose to your list. You won’t be disappointed.
Best family dine in places in Wilton with great margaritas. Wanted to give praise to Jeremy for taking care of us during the dinner rush. We'll be back again soon.
Great place to celebrate our anniversary as we come year after year. Nice to see familiar faces as we enter...and to be remembered where we usually sit. We plan to stay awhile enjoying our caipirinhas and appetizers. There are a variety of eats to choose from. Their photos on the menu really help you make the choice of what you see. Chorizo flatbread, blistered peppers, and guacamole with corn and bacon is a good warmup. We love their steamed mussels with their cream sauce and the sangrita seafood cocktail, but we come for their seared wild Portuguese octopus. Yummy and tender. Tenderloin tacos are a good one to share for three. Keep it spicy with a Thorny Rose or Spicy Pepino cocktail. A shot of tequila is a must at this tequila bar. Then have a dessert with some coffee. Then the night is complete with some cotton candy.
